At Franklin Middle School

This year, the regional tournament will hosted at Franklin Middle School. The Franklin Middle School learning community, consisting of parents, students and staff, is committed to a rigorous and differentiated instructional program in a safe and nurturing environment. The curriculum and climate challenge and support each student to strengthen core knowledge and higher level thinking, awaken curiosity and creativity, apply problem-solving strategies, develop self-advocacy and communication skills, and become community-minded, life-long learners.

Parking

Ample parking will be available on the grounds of Franklin Middle School. All teams will enter the school through the main door and unload their equipment in Pit areas assigned in the cafeteria.

Food

Breakfast and lunch will be sold in the cafeteria at Franklin Middle School for your enjoyment and convenience. The Café will be sponsored by Chantilly Robotics Team 612 so please plan to stop by and purchase your snacks and meals from the team that sponsored this event! For your dining convenience, however, the following restaurants can be found nearby:

• Sully Shopping Plaza

  Baja Fresh, Wendy’s, KFC, Jerry’s Subs and Pizza
  Located approximately 1.7 miles south of Franklin MS. Turn left from the Franklin MS parking lot onto Lees Corner Road, then turn left on Centreville Road (VA 657) for 1 mile. The shopping center will be on the left.

• Franklin Farm Village Shopping Center

  Chipotle and Subway
  Located approximately 1 mile northeast of Franklin MS. Turn left from the Franklin MS parking lot, then turn right on Centreville Road and go to the first stoplight. Turn right on Franklin Farm Road. Follow around to the shopping center, which will be on the left.
